Remo Niceforo, MAS – Add Impact

Remo Niceforo is founder and president of Add Impact. Located in Vaughan, Add Impact Inc. has been among Canada’s leading corporate branding and incentive marketing companies. Since 1995, Add Impact has provided solutions-based B2B services including all types of branded merchandise, web-based corporate merchandise programs, and the very best in employee recognition programs.

Remo has proven his philosophy over the past two decades that a superior customer care strategy, combined with high-quality infrastructure and a spirited, well-managed team leads to outstanding customer satisfaction. Remo holds the Master Advertising Specialist (MAS) designation from the Promotional Products Professionals of Canada (PPPC). This is the highest level of achievement within the PPPC. Remo is also a past board member of the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce, a member of the CPSA (Canadian Professional Sales Association), and the Advertising Specialty Institute.

Remo is also is involved in a series of real estate projects including small industrial and residential projects mainly focused in Canada with some investments in the USA and Europe. A focus is placed on creating value through quality and working in hand with stakeholders throughout the process to achieve win, win scenarios and long term sustainability for all parties.

His passion include supporting World Vision (Add Impact adopts one child from Third World Countries for every team member), Hospital for Sick Kids, and several other great charitable causes, round out his volunteer time and community involvement. Remo is a sitting board member of Hospice Vaughan and has an open-door policy for representatives of community-driven initiatives.

Remo loves to golf, travel. Above all, the support of Remo’s wife Fiorella, his son Jack, and his daughter Lauren make all things possible.

Neil Piitz – Add Impact
With almost three decades working in senior roles within the Promotional Products industry, Neil Piitz is recognized as an industry leader working both as a Distributor and a Supplier on both sides of the border. Founder of Reaction Promotions Inc. and co-owner of ARPG, he also spent 3 years as Senior VP of Sales with Ash City USA and now currently holds the role of VP of Sales and Marketing for Add Impact based out of Vaughan.

Neil’s role as President of ARPG was instrumental in establishing the Vaughan based company as the largest Canadian promotional products Distributer in Canada, as well as achieving the first ever Top 40 ASI North American ranking for sales by a Canadian Distributor.

As President of ARPG, his straight forward approach to sales, sales management, program development and vendor relations drove the company to 5 consecutive Distributor of The Year awards as voted by the PPPC members.

His experience “learning the ropes” as a Supplier with Ash City USA was very humbling and Neil quickly realized that he needed to reinvent himself focusing on the nuances of the US marketplace as well as his new role as SVP of Sales. Incredibly, within 12 months he had achieved the largest Key Account growth in Ash City history, a direct result of his distributor background and understanding of the “pain points” that both Distributors and Suppliers alike face on a daily basis.

His well-documented record for success as a Distributor and Supplier on both sides of the border has made Neil one of the industry’s most consulted authorities regarding the Promotional Products Industry.
